Q: What are digital delivery charges?
A: Digital delivery charges are for files sent by email or FTP. When you need a file fast we can email small files such as a headshot or small product file. We have also installed a computer dedicated to file delivery as an FTP server Large files may be uploaded or downloaded to this server saving valuable time when you need it now. Unfortunately this server and the dedicated internet line for it is not free so we must charge a delivery charge for it's use. I think you will agree the convenience of immediate file access is worth the small delivery charge.
